Renovation of a mixed-use development in Montrose, New York. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.

Replacement and repair of Boiler #2 burner assembly and associated systems, including removal of the existing damaged burner and installation of a replacement Webster model burner with all associated fuel train components, atomization devices, combustion air systems, and field devices replaced in kind. Work includes inspection of existing systems, verification of wiring and integration points, submission of equipment for approval, delivery, installation, startup, and full integration with the existing MicroMod combustion control system and Fireye safeguard system. The contractor shall perform testing and commissioning activities, including hydrostatic testing, calibration of gauges and transmitters, combustion analysis, and safety and functional testing in accordance with applicable standards, and provide all documentation and training required for operation and maintenance. Additional work includes replacement of damaged refractory materials, reconfiguration of the atomizing train piping to meet VA standards, installation of a properly sized propane storage and distribution system to support multiple boilers, installation and calibration of an oxygen sensor, internal cleaning of boiler tubes, and exterior surface preparation and repainting of the boiler. The contractor shall ensure all work complies with applicable codes, manufacturer specifications, and VA safety requirements, and deliver complete documentation, test reports, and training to achieve final acceptance.
