Renovation of a mixed-use development in Montrose, New York. Working plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
The work consists of furnishing all materials, equipment, supervision, and personnel necessary to replace mission-critical roofs on Buildings 12 and 27 at the Hudson Valley Healthcare System Montrose Campus. The effort includes removal and installation of gabled, dormer, and flat roofing systems; demolition of existing roof and fall-protection components; asbestos abatement; installation of new roofing and fall-protection systems; and all related structural, electrical, thermal, moisture-protection, metals, wood, plastics, and site-improvement work as identified in the drawings, specifications, and applicable federal and local codes.
