The requirement includes all necessary preventive maintenance, inspections, testing, adjustments, and related services needed to maintain system functionality and operational readiness throughout the contract period. Services will be performed during a one-year base period with four one-year option periods extending through September 30, 2031. Location: Montrose VA Medical Center, 2094 Albany Post Road, Montrose, NY 10548; Castle Point VA Medical Center, 41 Castle Point Road, Wappingers Falls, NY 12590.
