Site work for a sidewalk / parking lot in Latrobe, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Proposals are invited for the St. Xavier Parking Lot Project in Latrobe, Westmoreland County. The Westmoreland Land Trust.WLT (Landowner) proposes to: Work in conjunction with the Westmoreland Conservation District (partner) to construct a 3,640 square foot permeable parking lot and permeable driving lane. The project will also include constructing an asphalt driving entrance, seal coating an existing asphalt driving lane, and installing a concrete curb, wall perimeter. This work includes all materials and labor to complete the project as specified on included site drawings and section G project specifics. The project is to take place on private property owned by the Westmoreland Land Trust. Copies of the contract documents and specifications will be available at the Westmoreland Conservation District, 218 Donohoe Road, Greensburg, PA 15601, at no cost. Sealed bids will be accepted until July 10th, 2026 at 3 P.M., at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. A site showing will be held at the St. Xavier Bellbrook House, 106 St. Xavier's Road, Latrobe, PA 15650, on June 23rd at 8:00 AM. Completion- October 1st, 2026.
