Leon County, Florida is seeking qualified firms to provide Construction Engineering and Inspection Services. The County intends to enter into agreements with multiple firms to address anticipated needs for services. Distribution of work among awarded firms will be determined solely by the Public Works Division of Engineering Services, based on the best interests of the County. The agreement will have a term of three years, with two optional one-year renewal periods, for a potential total duration of five years. All professional services must be performed by professionals licensed in the State of Florida and in strict compliance with the Consultant's Competitive Negotiation Act (CCNA), including adherence to all relevant thresholds and statutes. Services will primarily be required for small projects managed by the Public Works Division of Engineering Services, but other County divisions and constitutional offices may also request and manage these services as needed during the agreement period.
