Bids must be submitted on the appropriate bid forms provided and shall include a bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%). This project is for a Tile Zone nutrient reduction wetland. In general, the work involves, but is not limited to, selective clearing, excavation, grading, installation of inlet and outlet concrete structures, tile installation and seeding. This project includes around 33,356 cubic yards of earthwork, one inlet and one outlet concrete structures, two concrete manholes, 3,762 linear feet of tile installation, 22 tons of riprap, 1,202 square yards of turf reinforcement mat and 10.2 acres of seeding. The estimated construction cost range for this project is $350,000 to $400,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Construction will commence within 14 days of the preconstruction meeting, unless otherwise mutually agreed upon. Construction deadline: 06/15/2027 Seeding deadline-structure: 09/15/2027 Seeding deadline-buffer: 06/30/2027 The successful bidder shall be required to furnish a Performance/Payment Bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price.
