DMWW requests qualification submittals from contractors to provide exploratory excavation and jetting services related to the projects less than $2 million on their 5-year Capital Improvement Plan (CIP). Multiple contractors will be selected based on their expertise and past performance. Qualification submittals will form the basis for awarding contracts through 2030. Work includes construction-related work on public improvement and maintenance projects, specifically non-destructive digging excavating services to confirm the horizontal and vertical position, size, material, and condition of utilities and objects. Contractors must register with QuestCDN to download bidding documents and be recognized as plan holders, which is recommended to receive addenda notifications and bid updates. A hard copy of the bidding documents is available for examination at the Des Moines Water Works Main Office.
