Leon County, Florida is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide Utility Engineering services. Agreements will be made with multiple firms to meet anticipated service needs, and the distribution of work to the awarded firms will be at the discretion of the Public Works Division of Engineering Services, based on what is deemed best for the County. The agreement term is three years, with two optional one-year renewals, for a possible total of five years. All professional services must be performed by professionals licensed to practice in the State of Florida under Title XXXII F.S., and comply with the Consultant's Competitive Negotiation Act, 287.055 F.S. (CCNA). Consultants must ensure compliance with CCNA statutes at all times. Services are to be provided on an as-needed basis for small projects, primarily administered by the Public Works Division of Engineering Services, though other County divisions or offices may also request these services during the agreement term.
