Site work for a residential development in Tallahassee, Florida. Conceptual plans call for site work for a residential development.
Leon County, Florida is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide subdivision and site development engineering services. The county intends to enter agreements with multiple firms to meet anticipated service needs. The distribution of work among awarded firms will be at the discretion of the Public Works Division of Engineering Services, based on what is deemed best for the county. The agreement period is for three years, with two optional one-year renewals, for a possible total of five years. All professional services must be performed by professionals licensed in Florida and in strict compliance with the Consultant's Competitive Negotiation Act (CCNA). Services will be provided on an as-needed basis, primarily administered by the Public Works Division of Engineering Services, but may also be requested by other county divisions and constitutional offices during the agreement term.
