Description

Site work and new construction of a recreation facility in Clermont, Florida. Completed plans call for the construction of a 15,000-square-foot recreation facility.

The purpose of this Request for Information is to determine whether qualified contractors, developers, or construction firms are interested in providing construction services for a proposed multi-use recreation center. The proposed facility is anticipated to be primarily used for indoor pickleball, with additional recreation and food/beverage components. The proposed project consists of the development and construction of a multi-use recreation center with a minimum interior building area of approximately 15,000 square feet. The facility is intended to support public recreation, indoor sports, and complementary food and beverage uses. The primary intended use of the facility is indoor pickleball. The facility may also include other compatible recreational amenities and commercial food/beverage operations.
