Reference Number 0000428157 Charter Township of Clinton Senior Center Building Roof Replacement. Scope of work includes: 1. Remove existing built-up roof and flashing to deck. 2. Inspect deck, repair or replace if necessary. 3. Mechanically attach 3.5" polyisocyanurate to deck, stagger all joints. 4. Adhere 1/2 " dens deck cover board insulation in Low Rise insulation foam, stagger all joints. 5. Install new PowerPly Heavy Duty base sheet adhered in cold PowerPly adhesive. 6. Install new PowerPly Standard FR (fire rated) Cap sheet adhered in PowerPly adhesive. 7. Install new perimeter, curb, drains, and penetrations flashing. 8. Install new 24-gauge Kynar painted standing seam metal perimeter coping. Official bid documents must be obtained online.
