In-person course instruction, certification, and examination on Phased Array Ultrasonic Testing (PAUT) Level III for two personnel to be performed at the contractor's facility. Pricing must be inclusive of course instruction, materials, certification, and examinations, with a breakdown per attendee. Offerors must provide all-inclusive pricing for course delivery, materials, instructor fees, examination, certification, and any optional services, and propose pricing per participant. The period of performance must conclude prior to 30 September 2026 at the contractor’s location or another designated CONUS classroom location. The primary instructor and examination administrator must hold a current, valid ASNT NDT Level III certification in Ultrasonic Testing (UT) with documented expertise in PAUT, and must have experience with NAVSEA TP-271 and MIL-STD-2035 acceptance standards. The contractor must operate under a documented internal Written Practice for the qualification and certification of NDT personnel compliant with ASNT SNT-TC-1A. Course instruction must be in accordance with paragraph 4 of the statement of work. Offers must adhere to these technical and performance criteria and take no exceptions. Proposals will be evaluated based on technical acceptability, course date availability, and price, with non-cost factors being more important than cost.
