Installation of Air Compressor and Steam Cleaner at LRC, Bldg 8411, Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst (JB MDL), NJ. The contractor must deliver all physical installations and technical deliverables including: positioning and securing one Government-owned Hotsy Steam Cleaner in the designated wash bay and making all final natural gas and electrical utility connections, positioning and securing one Government-owned Air Compressor with required vibration pads, mounting hardware, and anchoring, installing approximately 190 feet of feed wire and conduit from the existing electrical panel to the steam cleaner, replacing the circuit breaker with a properly sized unit, terminating obsolete wiring/conduit, installing a local disconnect switch for the air compressor, and integrating surge protection. Gas piping installation of approximately 30 feet from the ceiling to the steam cleaner, with all necessary fittings and valves, is also included. Comprehensive testing and commissioning must be performed, including gas leak testing, electrical verification, burner and pump operation, and full operational startup. Mandatory technical submittals include an onsite survey report (prior to work), as-built drawings, surge protection documentation, test and commissioning reports, gas leak test results, electrical verification documentation, and warranty information. A completed cost breakdown form with detailed line items is required. Prospective offerors are encouraged to inspect the site prior to proposal submission to satisfy themselves regarding all conditions that may affect contract performance. Physical mobilization, tool delivery, or actual onsite work is prohibited prior to receiving the written Notice to Proceed. The contractor must provide payment security within 10 days of contract award from among the specified options, after which the Notice to Proceed will be issued and all work must be completed within 60 calendar days.
