Project consists of renovations to existing Primary/Elementary, Middle School, and Academy including but not including restroom renovations, art and tech renovations, gymnasium and locker room renovations, kitchen renovations, door replacement, generators, elevator modernization, IT upgrades, add A/C, playgrounds, tennis courts, and exterior site improvements. Construction Contract: Bids will be received for the following Work: Electrical Work Prime Contract (PC) Bid security shall be submitted with each bid in the amount and form per the conditions provided in Instructions to Bidders. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of forty-five (45) days after opening of bids. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities.
