Irvine Unified School District of Orange County, California, acting by and through its Governing Board, hereinafter referred to as "DISTRICT," has determined that all bidders for the ELOP Relocatables at Multiple School Sites 2025 ("Project") must be prequalified in accordance with Public Contract Code section 20111.6 prior to submitting a bid on the Project. Any contractor that has not prequalified* on a DISTRICT project in accordance with Public Contract Code section 20111.6 within the past twelve (12) months and is interested in bidding on the Project, must submit a Prequalification Questionnaire Package online Question Deadline 07/22/2026 at 2:00 PM PT If any bidder is in doubt as to the true meaning of any part of the Project Documents, finds discrepancies in or omissions from the Project Documents, or requests a substitution for materials and equipment as outlined in the specifications, they must submit a written request for an interpretation or correction to the District. No requests shall be considered after this time. Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid security in the form of cash, a certified or cashier's check or bid bond in an amount not-less-than ten percent (10%) of the total bid price, payable to the DISTRICT. The DISTRICT reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any irregularities or informalities in any bids or in the bidding process.
