The City of Irvine is requesting proposals to establish a contract for the Marine Way Realignment Project Study Report-Project Report (PSR-PR). Work is to commence on or about October 2026 and be completed in October 2028. The Scope of Services is provided in ATTACHMENT I. Minimum qualifications required for proposal submittal are as follows: 1) The Project Manager must have at least five years of experience performing similar services as detailed in the Scope of Services section and must possess and provide proof of professional licenses for Registered Professional Civil Engineer issued or recognized in the State of California, as appropriate. 2) The firm must have at least three years of experience performing similar services as detailed in the Scope of Services section.
