Sealed proposals are invited from contractors and suppliers for the construction of the Broken Bow High School Football Field 2025 - Phase 2, Broken Bow Public School, for selected bid packages. Bids must be received at the Broken Bow Public Schools - Administration Office, 108 West 5th Street, on July 2, 2026 at 2:00 pm, at which time all bids will be opened and publicly read. The contract documents will be available for examination starting June 11, 2026, at the offices of Brewer Construction Company and Broken Bow Public School Superintendent's Office, as well as online and at specified Tulsa area locations. Bids submitted more than ninety-six hours (excluding weekends and holidays) before the opening time, or after the opening time, will not be considered and will be returned unopened. Each sealed proposal must be accompanied by a cashier's check, certified check, or surety bond equal to five percent of the base bid and all alternates. The bidding documents may be obtained from Brewer Construction Company upon payment of a deposit, refundable if documents are returned in good condition within 7 days of the bid date. All bidders must meet the qualification requirements set forth in the bid documents and may not withdraw their bid within 60 days after the opening date. Bidders should refer to the Construction Manager's Bid Book for the list of bid packages. The Construction Manager and Architect will conduct a pre-bid conference at Broken Bow Public Schools Memorial Stadium. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all bids. The select bid packages bidding on June 30, 2026, are #05 Fencing, Handrails & Guard Rails and #07 Bleacher Waterproofing and Traffic Coating. A.
