Completed plans call for the demolition of a playground / park / athletic field; road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a playground / park / athletic field; road / highway; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The work includes roadway realignment and reconstruction, excavating and grading for the roadway and sidewalks, tree removal, building demolition, compacting excavated and imported material, sidewalk construction, roadway paving, roadside bioretention swales, utility service connections and installation, trenching and conduit installation for IT and street lighting, site monument sign construction, traffic control, and roadway signing and striping, and all other work all in accordance with the Contract Plans, Special Provisions, and the WSDOT Standard Specifications for Road, Bridge, and Municipal Construction and the City of Yelm Standard Drawings and Specifications. Bonds: 5% Bid Bond, Certified Check required, Performance Bond required (unspecified amount). The Engineer's base estimate is approximately $1,250,000 to $1,550,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
