Site work and addition to a municipal facility in Farmers Branch, Texas. Completed plans call for the addition of a 5,810-square-foot municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.

Design and construction of an animal shelter adoption wing, specifically a cat solarium addition. Proposals are being accepted from Design (Architectural Services) and Construction (General Contractor Services) for the construction of an addition to the Animal Shelter to house cats and kittens. The Cat Wing Addition shall be a one-story addition connected to the existing shelter by a corridor and shall range in size from 900 square feet to 1,100 square feet. The proposal shall include the following project elements: Main Cat Wing _ Design and construct a Main Cat Wing room outfitted with a separate litter box and play area in an open concept design. The Cat Wing shall accommodate up to 40 cats _ Design and construct a Main Cat Wing room with one center 6' workstation table (metal and located in the middle of the floor) _ Design and construct a movable partition wall to reduce or expand the Main Cat Wing room. This area can house kittens without creating a separate room. Cat Wing Addition Exterior and Cat Reception Area _ Design and construct glass windows visible from the sidewalk and inside the newly constructed Cat Reception Area, leading to the Main Cat Wing room. Cat Wing Addition Corridor _ Design and construct one corridor/hall required to provide access to the Cat Isolation Room from the Main Cat Wing room. Isolation Room _ Design and construction an Isolation room (10 X 10) with sink and 3' workstation table (metal), in an open concept design. This room will need to be separated from Main Cat Wing room, separated by a door from Main Cat Wing room. No exterior windows are required in the Isolation room, but the door entering into the room must be outfitted with a window. _ Design and construct a separate HVAC system to regulate temperature for the entire Cat Wing Addition. _ As a part of the Scope of Work, please include total costs for architectural renderings, materials and project construction, including all survey work, engineering, and design _ Include a project schedule, identifying milestones during the Design/Construction period _ Include resumes of Design/Construction teams and identify the Project Manager for the Cat Wing Addition. _ Include three letters of reference from previous clients for Design/Construction projects _ Summarize prior governmental experiences for Design/Construction project
