Site work and new construction of a playground / park / athletic field in South Plainfield, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field.
Sealed bids are invited for the Centennial Square Project in the Borough of South Plainfield, Middlesex County, New Jersey. Bid forms, contracts, and specifications can be obtained from Najarian Associates upon payment. Bids must be submitted on the prepared bid form, enclosed in a sealed envelope with the bidder’s name, address, and reference to the specific work on the outside. Each bid must include a certified check, cashier’s check, or bid bond executed by the bidder and an approved surety company, amounting to not less than ten percent (10%) of the bid (not to exceed $20,000). Bids must also be accompanied by a certificate letter from a surety company stating it will provide the completion bond. The Borough of South Plainfield reserves the right to consider bids for sixty days, reject any or all bids, waive informalities, and take action in the borough’s best interest. Bids must not be delivered to the engineer’s office.
