Provide and install a new Paging System to support audio distribution throughout the interior and exterior of the site. Install all new IP based Paging System that utilizes the existing camera network switches for distribution between all buildings. Provide and install server and software to support distribution of scheduled messages, tones and live audio and store/forward messages through any single building or configurable group of buildings and speakers. Install new cabling and speakers throughout the buildings and exterior. Re-use existing cabling where noted on the drawings and details. Test existing system for continuity prior to removing the existing speakers. Remove old speakers and cabling from each building. Remove old backbone cables that connected the paging system from Admin to the other buildings and remove entirely from the site. Fully install the IP to analog devices and microphones/paging adapters throughout the buildings. Configure the Ethernet network to support the new Paging VLAN. Install microphones and touchpanels where noted, connecting to the Ethernet network. Fully configure the paging system with zones and grouped zones as per the discussions with the owner. Meet with the owner to demonstrate the system and set all tones, zones and scheduled messages. Fully configure and test all systems. Demonstrate to the owner each system and each device. Train the owner on the use and configuration of the system. Provide as-builts and close out documents. All bid responses require proof of State Project Registration from the Department of Labor and Economic Opportunity. Bid responses and attachments must be uploaded to SIGMA VSS. One attachment is to be bid documents (Bid Summary, Bid Schedule, Bid Bond, Certification forms, Signature Authority, etc.) and if applicable, the other attachment should be Qualified Disabled Veteran information (DD214, Proof of 51% Ownership and Proof of Service-Connected Disability). Do not wait until just before the 2:00 p.m. solicitation deadline to submit your bid response. SIGMA VSS will not allow proposals to be submitted after 2:00 p.m., even if a portion of the bid response has been uploaded.
