Deadline to submit questions July 10, 2026. to submit questions to acanada@worwic.edu PROGRAM DESCRIPTION Wor-Wic Community College is scheduled to have an approximately 6,600 SF Maintenance Building Expansion Project to begin construction in September of 2026. The construction timeframe is September 2026 through April 2027. It is expected that the Commissioning Authority (CxA) will be involved throughout the construction phase for any required inspections and coordination meetings. We anticipate the commissioning testing to occur approximately in January 2027, pending construction schedules. The Maintenance Building Expansion will mainly consist of several offices, a multi-purpose room, conference rooms, a storage warehouse, and a vehicle bay. The contractor shall be responsible for ensuring that the construction and installation of all MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) systems conform to the basis of design (BOD) per the construction documents and the specifications. A summary of the BOD will be provided upon request.
