Work includes but is not limited to: 25 span wood roof trusses, 9/123/12 Pitch, 48 o.c., 35# ground snow load, 30-5-5 loading 60 front eave overhang (no soffit) 12 rear eave overhang (no soffit) Flush gable overhangs 10 Inside Height above 12 poured concrete wall. 22 total inside height Glulam Posts @ 8 o.c. 2x8 pressure treated skirtboard 2x4 #2 spf exterior wall girts and roof purlins @ 24 o.c. MSR / LVL / Glulam Beam roof headers 12 High, 12 thick 4500 psi concrete poured walls w/ rebar reinforcement, 4-Bay storage with concrete dividers (includes digging and backfill of foo'ngs and walls, max fill line paint) AAach Glulam posts to concrete wall with wet-set sturdi-wall brackets w/ rebar
