For the following: 2026 Bituminous Seal Coat 57,087 S.Y. of Single Bituminous Seal Coat All materials must meet PennDOT Publication 408 Specifications and Standards Bidders for the 2026 Bituminous Seal Coat proposal must be PennDOT prequalified and must supply proof of prequalification The bid must be accompanied by a cerified check or bid bond in the amount of ten (10%) percent of the total bid made payable to Walker Township. The successful bidder will be required to provide a Performance and Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of the awarded contract price within 20 days of the award of the contract. Walker Township Boards of Supervisors reserves the right to accept or reject any and/all all proposals or portions thereof, and to delete projects and or portions of the project depending on budgetary constraints and also to waive any technicalities deemed to be in the best interested of the Township.
