Work consists of providing a fully integrated hybrid-cloud physical security system that delivers high-resolution video surveillance with encrypted onboard and cloud storage, without reliance on traditional on-premises servers, NVRs, or DVRs. The system must function as a unified platform integrating cameras, access control devices, environmental sensors, alarms, and guest management tools, all accessible through a single browser-based and mobile interface compatible with major operating systems without proprietary plugins. The solution shall support automated software and firmware updates to maintain cybersecurity compliance and enable rapid deployment through modular, plug-and-play onboarding using QR codes or serial number registration. The system must adhere to Zero Trust cybersecurity principles, including identity-based authentication, multi-factor authentication, TLS encryption, AES-128 or AES-256 encryption for data in transit and at rest, role-based access control, and audit logging. Compliance with federal and industry standards such as SOC 2, GDPR, HIPAA, PCI, FERPA, NDAA, TAA, UL, and support for FedRAMP-authorized cloud environments is required. Capabilities must include advanced analytics such as person and vehicle detection, facial and object search, motion heatmaps, crowd detection, and environmental alerting, along with filtering of video based on physical attributes and characteristics across multiple cameras and locations. Cameras must support up to 4K resolution, infrared night vision, image stabilization, and at least 30 days of encrypted onboard storage with optional unlimited cloud archiving. The system shall enable secure sharing of live and recorded footage, provide emergency access for authorized personnel, and generate real-time notifications for events such as motion detection, tampering, environmental anomalies, and system performance issues. Overall, the solution must be scalable, secure, compliant, and capable of delivering a unified, cloud-managed physical security ecosystem aligned with government operational and regulatory requirements.
