Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Stockton, California. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
This project will rehabilitate 17 non-complaint ramps. The design consultant shall assess each existing non-compliant curb ramp conditions and provide the City with recommended repairs so that the ramps meet current ADA standards. The design shall be done within the allotted budget for the project. Construction is anticipated to be completed in the Summer of 2027, weather permitting. The City of Stockton Encourages Local Stockton Firms to Propose for This Project, and the City Encourages Proposers to Use Local Stockton Firms as Subconsultants. Accordingly, the Local Business Preference Ordinance Applies to This Project. Proposers Are Hereby Notified That the Successful Proposer and Any Subconsultant Under Them Shall Pay Prevailing Wage Rates in Accordance With the State of California Department of Industrial Relations. A Contract Will Be Awarded to the Proposer Who Best Meets the Needs of the City, Provided, However, That the City Council Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Proposals and to Re-advertise for Proposals or to Provide for the Work to Be Done by the City of Stockton.
