Construction of a new outfall into Babine Lake and tying into the existing manhole from the WWTP. The Contract is generally for the following work: Installation of a new outfall from the Granisle WWTP into Babine Lake using Horizontal Directional Drilling. Tie-in of the new outfall into the existing WWTP infrastructure on shore. Abandoning the existing outfall. Reinstate work area to original or better condition.
