This scope includes but not limited to the replacement of the air conditioning units at the building roof, as per the project plans The project consists of the replacement of two (2) existing air handling units (AHUs) within an existing commercial facility. Work includes all necessary demolition, installation, connections, testing, and coordination required for a complete and operational system. Contractors shall include all labor, materials, equipment, permits, inspections, and coordination with governing agencies necessary to achieve permit approval and final signoff. All work shall be performed after normal business hours and weekends. Contractor shall coordinate construction schedule with owner prior to beginning work.
