It is the intent of this Request for Proposals (RFP) to award a contract to a consulting firm for design work, as detailed below, associated with the successful completion of the MM36-E.73 Structure Replacement Project. The successful Offeror, hereinafter referred to as Consultant, must be prepared to perform services as outlined in Section II and III.
