Description

Renovation of a parking garage in Fayetteville, Arkansas. Working plans call for the renovation of a parking garage.

Project has been cancelled The City of Fayetteville ("City")is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified fire protection system installers ("firm" or "proposer") to provide professional design and construction services for a wet riser supply system serving a dry-pipe fire suppression system in accordance with NFPA 13 (Automatic Sprinkler Systems) and NFPA 14 (Standpipe and Hose Systems) at the West Avenue Parking Deck. The selected firm shall provide full design services and installation services for the existing 6-story parking structure, with a provision for a 7th story.
