The successful firm will be required to furnish a 100% Performance Payment Bond, with a Surety acceptable to the Owner and JEA in accordance with Section 225.05 F.S. The Owner has the right to reject any and all proposals, make modifications to the work, and to waive any minor informalities or irregularities in proposals as it deems appropriate, if it determines in its discretion, it is in the Owner's best interest to do so.
