**As of August 07, 2026 , the owner has determined a prequalified list of Contractor. A Request for Proposals for Contractor has not yet been established.** A. The work to be performed consists principally of furnishing all labor and equipment to replace certain Air Handler Units (AHUs). B. The AHU Replacements will be through a Mechanical Work Contract to comply with the requirements of General Municipal Law, Section 101, Article 5-A, known as Wicks Law in accordance with the 2008 reforms. Replacement of the air handling unit (AHU) at the Bergen Town Hall.
