Demolition and site work for a municipal facility in Angola, New York. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
Demolition of residential structures including structural demolition, debris removal, backfill, and site restoration. Bonds: 5% Bid Bond, Certified Check required, 100% Performance Bond, 100% Payment Bond. This Project consists of the demolition of residential structures located within the Town of Evans as directed by the Owner during the contract period. The Contract shall be effective upon execution and shall remain in full force and effect for a period of two (2) years from the effective date of the Contract. Demolition work shall include, but is not limited to, structural demolition, debris removal, backfill, site restoration, and all associated incidental work. Individual structure locations will be identified by the Owner on a task-by-task basis throughout the contract term. All work must comply with applicable New York State and local codes, regulations, and ordinances governing demolition operations. A pre-bid conference will not be held Only written Requests For Information (RFI) will be accepted. All RFI s must be submitted in writing. RFI s will be accepted until 12:00 pm (Local Time) on Friday, July 3 , at the office of the Engineer to the attention of the Project Engineer, Branden Riggs BRiggs@cplteam.com . If necessary, an Addendum will be issued by 5:00 pm (Local Time) on Tuesday, July 7 , from the office of the Engineer.
