Demolition and site work for a municipal facility in Angola, New York. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility.
This Project consists of the demolition of residential structures located within the Town of Evans as directed by the Owner during the contract period. The Contract shall be effective upon execution and shall remain in full force and effect for a period of three (3) years from the effective date of the Contract. Demolition work shall include, but is not limited to, structural demolition, debris removal, backfill, site restoration, and all associated incidental work. Individual structure locations will be identified by the Owner on a task-by-task basis throughout the contract term. All work must comply with applicable New York State and local codes, regulations, and ordinances governing demolition operations. Bonds: 5% Bid Bond, Certified Check required, 100% Performance Bond, 100% Payment Bond. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered .
