Repair area of roof located at City Hall above leak. Remove glued slip sheet from leak area carefully exposing main membrane to inspect for holes, voids, cracks, cuts or defects. Furnish and install new membrane to repair any imperfections per manufacturer's specs. Furnish and install new slip sheet to repair area where old solar panels were installed. Safely disconnect solar panels and set up to 20 to side out of way of repair area, carefully set for future replacement and connection. Return solar panels back to area carefully and connect them back and ensure proper operation. Prep membrane to accept coating with light water and scrub debris away. Furnish and install silicone coating to single ply at a rate of 1.5 gallons per sq. ft. Please include lead and architectural metal, sheet metal components, wood and carpentry costs, permits and fees, mold remediation, and damage repair to complete work from sub trade damage as applicable in your proposal.
