Site work and paving for a road / highway in Edwardsville, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Bids are invited for the 2026 Edwardsville Borough Pave Project. Prospective bidders are urged to familiarize themselves with the site and review the scope of work and construction documents. Bid security in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total bid must be submitted with each bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond for 100% of their bid amount, a Labor and Material Payment Bond for 100% of their bid amount within 15 days of the contract award, and a one-year Maintenance Bond for 100% of the total construction cost. Labor Standards, Wage Determination Decision, and Anti-Kickback regulations (29 CFR, Part 3) issued by the Secretary of Labor apply. Bidders must comply with the President's Executive Order #11246, including a 6.9% goal for female participation and a 0.6% goal for minority participation in the aggregate on-site construction workforce for contracts over $10,000. Section 3 of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968 and related regulations also apply. The Borough of Edwardsville reserves the right to reject any or all bids or waive informalities. Bids may be held for up to sixty (60) days for review prior to awarding the contract, and no bids may be withdrawn during this period.
