The provisions of Section II of Chapter V.2 of the Act respecting contracts of public bodies (RLRQ, Chapter C-65.1) relating to payment for works, and those of Section III of that chapter relating to the settlement of disputes, do not apply to the contract covered by this invitation to tender or to any construction subcontracts directly or indirectly related to it, pursuant to section 94 of the Regulation respecting payments and the expeditious settlement of disputes relating to construction works.
