Sealed bids are requested for the Alpha Drive Sidewalk and ADA Ramp Project Phase 1. The project includes contractor layout and field engineering for five-foot wide sidewalk and ADA ramp layout, with potential grading and sign relocation. Bids must be sealed and labeled appropriately. Attendance at a mandatory pre-bid meeting and site visit is required for proposal acceptance. Each bid must include a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond in the amount of ten percent of the bid price. All provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Rates apply. The Township reserves the right to waive any informality and to reject any and all bids. No bid may be withdrawn for thirty days after the bid deadline. This project includes contractor layout and field engineering for five (5) foot wide sidewalk and ADA ramp layout, potential grading and sign relocation.
