Project No: P1280-03 Demolition of Dwellings at multiple locations in New Jersey: - 31 Worman Road, Delaware Township, Hunterdon County - 322 North Union Street, Lambertville, Hunterdon County - 14 Montgomery Road & 318 Hollow Road, Montgomery Township/Skillman, Somerset County - 45, 47 & 49 Lenape Trail, Southampton, Burlington County All bidders must attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting at 322 North Union Street, Lambertville, Hunterdon County. Only bids from contractors attending this meeting will be accepted. Bidders must be classified with DPMC under General Construction (C008), General Construction / Alterations & Additions (C009), or Demolition (C021) to submit a single lump-sum bid. If not classified in Demolition (C021), subcontractors with this classification must be named. Bids must be submitted electronically via Bid Express, with no paper bids accepted. Bid security is required as set forth in the Instructions to Bidders. The State reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Minority and female skilled craft percentage goals apply by county. Bidders may designate confidential or proprietary portions of their proposals, but attempts to designate the entire proposal as such will not be honored. The State determines what is proprietary or confidential and any challenges to these designations are the responsibility of the bidder. Question Deadline 07/21/2026 Every request for an interpretation relating to clarification or correction of the plans, specifications, or any request to change contractual terms and conditions or proposed changes other bid documents must be made in writing, addressed to the architect/engineer and the DPMC Director, and must be received at least five (5) working days prior to the date fixed for the opening of the bids.
