Description

Addition to a clubhouse / community center in Dauphin, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the addition of a clubhouse / community center.

Construct an addition of a 20' X 30' kitchen and storage area, with a 10' x 20' covered deck on the community hall as per engineered design to lock up stage by fall exterior work only. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com The community is approximately 378km north of Winnipeg and 72 km north of Gypsumville. Provincial Road 513 provides access to Gypsumville and to Provincial Trunk Highway 6. If a Bidder is unsure of the meaning or intent of any provision in the Tender documents, it must request a clarification from the Contract Administrator at least five (5) business days before the Submission Deadline.
