Description

Demolition, site work, paving and new construction of a water / sewer project in Dickinson, North Dakota. Completed plans call for the demolition of a water / sewer project.

The work includes removal of the existing concrete dam and construction of a new rock riffle spillway upstream of the current dam location. Additional work consists of riprap bank stabilization, trail construction, planting, and site restoration. Bids are to be received and accepted electronically; mailed or hand delivered bids will not be opened or considered. Question Deadline 07/09/2026 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. Submit all questions in writing via online Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. The Engineer's Estimate for the base bid of the project (not including the alternate) is $3,261,800.
