Description

Site work and addition to a golf course in Dickinson, North Dakota. Completed plans call for the addition of a golf course; and for site work for a golf course.

The HRGC Practice Areas project consists of the construction of additional putting green space adjacent to the existing putting green and improvements and installation of the chipping area to the west of the driving range including bunker and putting green areas. The approximate area of the proposed putting green expansion is 9500 square feet (3900 square feet existing green plus 5600 square feet of new green) but should be verified by the contractor prior to submitting a proposal (see Exhibit A for a sketch of the area). The putting green adjacent to the bunker is 2500 square feet but should be verified by the contractor prior to submitting a proposal (see Exhibit A for a sketch of the area). The work must be completed after August 31, 2026, but prior to the end of the year, in coordination with the owner. Expansion of golf practice areas
