Provide preventive maintenance (PM) and repair services for Steris sterilization equipment at the Veterans Healthcare Administration Salt Lake City Health Care System (VHASLCHCS) located at 500 Foothill Blvd., Salt Lake City, UT 84148. Bidders must be the original equipment manufacturer (OEM), an authorized dealer, or have Steris equipment certification, with authorization verified by a letter or documentation from the OEM. All work, replacement parts, software licensing, warranty, and services must comply with OEM terms and conditions. Gray market items and remanufactured parts are not acceptable. Quotes must include a completed price schedule and a Steris authorization letter or training documentation. Submissions are electronically submitted only. Award will be made on an all-or-nothing basis and will consider price and proof of Steris authorization.
