Provide an Oil/Coolant Storage and Dispenser system equivalent to Lubrisource HDL4-FS-0064-3W-2E-1F-1SP or equal, meeting the following requirements: system must fit within a maximum space of 12ft W x 9ft D x 10ft H (dimensions may be adjusted for safe vertical maximization), with a stackable, modular, or racked design including brackets to securely hold containers in 2 rows of 4; operate on standard 115V power using Type B plugs; equipment delivery only, no assembly, anchoring, or setup required; supply eight 65-gallon aluminized steel, rectangular containers with sloped bottoms and drain ports; system must hold at least 275 gallons of oil (up to 15W-40 viscosity) and 165 gallons of coolant, with color-coded tanks; top-mounted ports with 1 ½” Quick-Disconnect fittings connected to 2” NPT ports; top-mounted desiccant breathers with visual “Color-Change” indicators; sight gauges with printed volume demarcations; two 115V, minimum 8 GPM, self-priming gear pumps with suction tube assemblies, one for oil, one for coolant; two 50ft hose reels, one for oil and one for coolant, with pumps strong enough to support them; lockable dispensing ball valves; 10-micron inline filters before dispensing; isolation valves before the filters on both coolant and oil lines; spill containment for at least 130 gallons; inclusion of drip pans (drain valves not required); and sight gauges must have isolation valves installed to prevent leaks if gauge glass is broken. Quotes for products of equal characteristics will be evaluated and accepted if they meet all essential physical, functional, and performance criteria.
