This is a service / maintenance or supply contract in Minot AFB, North Dakota. Contact the soliciting agency for additional information.

Fire alarm and mass notification systems, including alarms, notification and annunciation devices, control panels, accessory devices, central receiving components, and transceivers, shall be provided and installed as part of two military construction projects supporting the Sentinel Program. These systems must ensure full compatibility with existing Monaco-brand fire alarm infrastructure at Minot Air Force Base, including the basewide D-21 central dispatch system and the point-to-point reporting architecture. All equipment must be non-developmental and fully qualified to meet Air Force requirements, complying with applicable DoD Unified Facilities Criteria, Air Force and base design standards, antiterrorism/force protection requirements, and other referenced codes. Systems must require minimal organizational-level maintenance, allow for repair without proprietary restrictions, and support timely availability of technicians, warranty provisions, and effective repair response capabilities. Work will be included within the broader design-bid-build construction contracts for each facility and must comply with Berry Amendment specialty metals restrictions. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
