The scope of work involves providing all necessary plant, labor, and materials for flooring-related projects under a firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ), multiple award construction contract (MACC). Tasks include removal of existing floor coverings, installation of new carpet and other floor coverings, application of interior protective coatings, filling interior brick joints with paintable caulking, applying special markings or decals, and disposing of debris. The contract also requires furnishing and installing accessories such as trim and moldings, including thresholds and transition strips, to ensure smooth transitions between surfaces. All work must comply with the technical provisions outlined in the delivery order Statement of Work (SOW) and project drawings. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
