Site Visit: TENTATIVELY be held for subcontractors at 1pm CST on 8/19. Additional information regarding steps to obtain a day pass will be provided in an upcoming addendum. Project Description: Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment for bringing all systems to 100% level completion. The project is in B837, Dock 5 located in Minot AFB, ND. Contractor shall complete remaining work for architectural, civil, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and communication to 100% level of completion and therefore rendering the facility complete and usable located at Minot AFB, ND. The project shall comply with all federal, state, local, environmental laws, regulations, and standards. OSHA Safety and Health Standards shall be incorporated where required or applicable. Criteria shall be taken from the most current references as of the date of issue of the contract. Where a conflict occurs follow the precedence criteria in UFC 1-200-01. This effort includes but not limited to all necessary environmental, civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, fire protection/life safety and electrical efforts as described. The Contractor's efforts shall comply with specifications and requirements referenced herein. The project requirements and technical criteria cited within this SOW establishes the minimum standards for construction quality. The Contractor shall prepare the Work Plan package Section 01 11 00 Summary of Work and Section 01 33 00 Submittal Procedures. All work shall meet the requirements of this SOW and the Division 01 Specifications But not limited to please review the specifications for more information. Prevailing Wages Apply.
