Site work for a water / sewer project in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

Question Deadline 07/24/2026 at 4:00 PM ET All questions must be submitted through Online. Project generally consists of replacement and installation of approximately 141 L.F. of 21" sanitary sewer, two new manholes, installation of Parshall flume inside a concrete vault structure, installation of a new flow meter and ultrasonic sensor, connections to existing sewers and abandonment of existing sewer and manholes, including all bypass pumping, excavation, backfill and restoration. Bids will be received via the PennBid Program. Bidding Documents and solicitation details are available online at no cost. Attendance at the pre-bid meeting and site visit is not required, but it is recommended. Questions must be submitted through PennBid. The Contract will be subject to the Prevailing Minimum Wage Determination established by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Labor and Industry. The right is reserved to reject any or all Bids and to waive any omissions, errors, or irregularities in any Bid.
