Renovation of a parking garage in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a parking garage.
The structural and waterproofing repairs include but are not limited to floor, vertical, and overhead concrete repairs, waterproofing replacement, and miscellaneous repairs as indicated on the restoration documents. Contractors must have completed a minimum of five parking structure restoration projects, each over $500,000, in the last five years. Bidders must provide a written document referencing project qualification information, including scope of projects, client information, project cost, and references. Qualified bidders must have served as prime contractor and self-performed concrete restoration and waterproofing repairs/replacements at the five reference projects. Bids must be sealed, clearly marked, and submitted to the Bethlehem Parking Authority. The successful bidder must post a performance and payment bond equal to 100 percent of the contract price with an acceptable bonding company. The Bethlehem Parking Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities.
