Remodeling of a multi-residential development in New York, New York. Completed plans call for the remodel of a multi-residential development.
Requirement contract for installation of V/C floor tile in apartments at Gun Hill Houses, located in Bronx Neighborhood (BX01), Bronx. NYCHA will separately solicit and award seven requirement contracts for installation of V/C floor tile at specific developments. The contract term is three years from the award date, with the option for up to two one-year renewals. Only one contract in this bid series will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible contractor, with the possibility of awarding one additional contract at NYCHA's discretion. Bidders and their subcontractors must be registered with the New York State Department of Labor under Article 8, Section 220-i. To be eligible, bidders must prequalify as an Approved Supplier on the NYCHA-Tile Pre-Qualification List and appear on the active approved vendor list. Section 3 REO & OEO Plans must be submitted via eComply by the bid submission deadline. Only electronic bids via iSupplier will be accepted. Vendors must stay informed of updates to the applicable Prevailing Wage Schedule. Bidders are advised to thoroughly review all related documents, notices, instructions to bidders, and general conditions before submitting bids.
